Whilst the inclusion of any published page under this section is not a paid for advertisement it is reasonable that the codes of practice of the Advertising Standards Authority be applied. All submissions must be honest, decent, legal and truthful at all times.

 

We will endeavour to lay out the offer in the manner desired by the advertiser but we reserve the right to alter proposed layouts so that they are in keeping with our view of how our web pages should look. Members of Waltham Forest Business Forum are invited to supply informative material of potential benefit to other members of the forum and to other visitors of our web site. 6. make available or upload files to this or their own Web site or by email that the contributor knows contain a virus, worm, Trojan or corrupt data;
7. obtain or attempt to obtain access, through whatever means, to areas of DELTACLUB Group's computer network or hosted web site;
8. operate or attempt to operate IRC bots or other permanent server processes;
9. the contributor has full responsibility for the content of their contribution edited or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, DELTACLUB Group is not obliged to monitor, and will have no liability for, the content of any communications transmitted by virtue of any contribution submitted to the Editor and published on this web site;
10. should DELTACLUB Group be of the opinion that the content of the web site of the contributor or the content of any communications
11. between the contributor and visitors to the DELTACLUB Group web site be, in any way, unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene or indecent then the contribution will be removed from the DELTACLUB Group web site either permanently or until such time as DELTACLUB Group takes the view that any such matter no longer applies and that all parties to the matter are satisfied that there are no more matters arising or outstanding;
12. the publication of any notice is at the complete discretion of DELTACLUB Group and its decision to publish or not to publish any contribution is final;
13. all contributions (including those that contain offers to other visitors of our web site) are made on the clear understanding that they are editorial contributions and will be published (or not) at the absolute discretion of DELTACLUB Group;
14. if the contributor fails to comply with this Acceptable Usage Policy then DELTACLUB Group shall be entitled to withdraw the contribution without notice.
